Second Instalment of AFNHB Mysore scheme is due on 30 Apr 16.
Last date of registration for vacancies in AFNHB Mysore scheme extended upto 30 Jun 16.
UPDATE AS ON 09 FEB 16 : PROGRESS OF WORKS
1. The constructional activities in the project commenced post inauguration in Sep 2015.
2. The various activities being undertaken at site include construction of front boundary wall (30% complete), excavation works for 9 towers having Simplex & Duplex Dwelling units, the club house & swimming pool block. (Site pics attached).
3. The progress of works has been delayed due to observed presence of water in the excavated foundations and requirement of redesigning the foundation of all blocks. The progress of work is expected to pick up shortly.

1. This is to inform all allottees of Mysore project that the Tendering process for Selection of Contractor at HQ has been completed and M/s GJS Infratech Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad has been selected as L-1. The final work plan is being discussed with the Architect and L-1 Bidder prior award of work. The work at site is expected to be commence in Aug 15.

| Fire NOC | Due to repeated transfers of Regional fire officer, the NOC was delayed. NOC is expected by end of this month. |
